Welcome to the automated bill payment system, secured and operated by Authorize.net for your local telecommunications provider. You may view and pay your bill using a VISA, or MasterCard.

The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and Authorize.net are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.

When making an online payment you will need your CPNI password and your account number. Some account numbers have recently been changed. Be sure to check your statement to get the correct number.

If after making ONE attempt to register, and you have not successfully accessed your account, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-362-2576 or 611 from any Tri County Telephone during regular business hours. Any of our representatives will be glad to assist you in activating your account.

One time credit card payments can be made on our website or by calling one of our Customer Service Representatives. Recurring credit card payments will be set for payment on the 10th of each month.

We will no longer be able to except one time or recurring online ACH from your checking/savings account. However, you can sign up for ACH from your checking/savings account to be withdrawn on the 10th of every month through Tri County. Contact us to sign up.
